Using evidence based therapeutic techniques, we can work with you to understand the origin of your current difficulties, and then jointly develop a plan to help you take steps to overcome them.
Using elements of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), CFT (Compassion Focussed Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), a package can be developed to suit your individual needs.
